Hand‑cut and painted peony set in a black walnut frame with a crisp white backer.

This dimensional peony is blooming right beyond the frame — a small piece with a big presence. It’s compact enough to fit beautifully in any room or nook, yet bold enough to catch the eye and spark conversation. Each petal was hand cut on my scroll saw, then power carved to create the soft curves and natural movement of a real flower. I had so much fun playing with depth and shaping on this one.
