Serpent of the Veil – 27.5” x 15.75” | Hand-cut, carved, and shaped wood art and hardwood mosaic.

Created as a nod to the year of the snake -- A symbol of transformation, mystery and ancient wisdom. Each piece and scale of this snake was individually cut and shaped by hand taking weeks to finish. The backer is made from striking figured black Limba arranged in a geometric pattern with strips of black walnut and framed with black walnut and black limba.
